Are there any caps on the number of foreign workers I can have in Canada?
Unlike the H-1B process, there is no cap on the number of workers your company can have in Canada.
Are there any lotteries I must register for or time-restrictions on when I can apply?
Canada’s programs are open 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. There are no lotteries. Employees can apply for their work visas at any time.

Are there any caps on the number of work permits issued by Canada each year?
Unlike the H-1B process, there is no cap on the number of Global Talent or Global Skills eligible workers in Canada.
Are there any lotteries I must register for or time-restrictions on when I can apply?
